General terms and conditions Holiday home den Hoaf
When booking, the tenant agrees to the general terms and conditions that apply to the Holiday Home den Hoaf.
Payment of the agreed price may of course be paid immediately. In the other case, payment must be made in 2 installments. The 1st installment amounts to 50% of the total amount and must be transferred within 10 working days after the conclusion of the lease. The 2nd installment must be paid no later than 12 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the date of booking is within 12 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total amount must be paid at once and within 10 working days.
Last-minutes must be paid in full within 3 days after the telephone booking or the booking by e-mail.
In case of late payment of the second installment, the period will be released again for any other guests. The amount of the first installment cannot then be reclaimed.
The tenant naturally has the right to cancel the stay.
A refund of the deposit can only be made if the cancellation is made on the day more than 6 months before the first day of the booked period.
In case of a later cancellation, so less than 6 months before the first day of the booked period, no refund can be made.
We therefore advise our guests to always take out cancellation insurance.
